So yesterday I got some real bad news, It seems my best friend got himself in big trouble, It was a struggle to stay away from the smokes and concentrate on the gym, Did not sleep well but I have to push on.

I am happy to say I am still 55 days smoke free and sticking with my healthy eating and exercise. I have to Press on and keep my chin up for his family and my own.

Good job with the smoking! My boyfriend recently lost his mother to lung cancer. She was a chain smoker for more than 40 years. Whenever I see someone smoking, I think of her and how much she struggled at the end of her life. It just isn't worth it. Bravo for you! Heh, and I hope things improve for your friend.
