Another great night at the Gym last night. 30 minutes of cardio followed by a full hour of weight lifting.

Tonight will be light with Kettle bell swings, Windmills, Crunches and of course 150 push ups throughout the day, No change on the scale but that if fine. The scale means nothing to me. It is all about the Mirror. :)
