This morning I received my "South Beach Diet Cookbook". It has over 200 recipes for all phases of the diet and I have to say I am impressed. If you haven't got it you will be kicking yourself as Phase 1 is the most restrictive it offers more recipes which I would never have thought of and it has ideas for Breakfasts, Stsrters and Snacks, Soups, Salads, Side Dishes and Accompaniments, Fish Shellfish and Poultry, Meat, Vegetarian dishes and lastly Desserts. No-one will fail on this diet if they have this book, I can't wait to finish work at 4.00 today and read it at home. This coming Monday I enter Phase 2 so the recipes and tips are ideal.
