Yesterday was a good day, Kept my calories down, No chips (lol) and we decided to make Wed Cardio day...
20 Minute Treadmill 20 Minute Elliptical 20 Minute Treadmill 20 Minute Elliptical 10 Minute Treadmill for a cool down
Both were set on fat burn so we got a full 1.5 hours of cardio with no break, we hopped off of one and on to the next. Besides jello for legs it felt great!!!! Tonight is 1 hour of weights and 30 minutes of cardio.
On another note I am in the middle of a 50 consecutive push ups challenge and in week 2 I just logged 46. Progress is a great thing!!!!
