It can be hard some places, I avoid Italian & Chinese restaurants I find them harder to navigate. I usually try & stick with salad or a veggie with some type of grilled meat. Dressing on the side.

soups are always great lower calorie options
Pasta fagioli at olive garden is really good and pretty low in calories. I typically have a game plan if you will before I walk in so that I can have my calories planned out
