I am learning to accept the reality that I am a sugar addict. I'm not sure yet how to break the cycle, but I refuse to give up trying. Please help!

I'm an all-or-nothing gal. I would rather completely cut something out than find a substitution for it. Especially when it comes to sugar - of which I am addicted, too.

Go cold turkey; you'll have cravings for 3-4 days, then it's gone if you are eating high fat , low carb. It's the best thing that you can do for your health - give up sugar completely. It sounds radical, but you get used to it and you feel so much better.

I take cinnamon pills to cut the cravings , it helps me
