I can't believe the scale said 110.4! I don't remember the last time I seen 110! I feel like it just motivates me more. I can't imagine how I will feel when I reach 109! My problem is staying there. I need to stop gorging on junk food before dinner time and I need to stay motivated at work. I'm reaching my goal, slowly but surly.
