50 years old today--WOW! Mom posted the nicest thing on facebook-made me miss my dad (he's gone 24 years now, still miss him), & made me tear up. Not where I want to be in terms of my weight loss, but a lot better than I was at 49!! Hope I have another 30 or so years ahead of me--Mom turns 80 next year & is planning on taking the family on a cruise next summer--hopefully I'll be closer to my goal by then.
