No exercise - not watching what eat - or should say eating everything I watch. New leaf today - have to get back to my goal. I know I have to watch everything and record everything. NO MORE CARBS
Can't believe you can gain so much weight back so quickly. Haven't been good since last September. I made my goal for the cruise and then just didn't bother watching.
But I have a new goal now - get to my 150 lbs goal.
Went on vacation and felt so good when people I hadn't seen in years commented on my weight loss. In fac t one acquantaince thought my husband had a different wife because of the weight loss and hair color change. Made me feel guilty that I stopped my Atkins diet.
But today is the time!!!!!!!!
