WHOA! What happened to my losing streak. I suppose eating way too much (even of the good stuff) will hamper the weight loss, eh? ;)
No biggie! Tomorrow's another day :)
TODAY I ATE: BREAKFAST - 3 eggs, 1 yolk
LUNCH - skipped it. got too busy to eat (not to good)
DINNER - two eggs (minus yolk) - Miso soup
SNACKS - cottage cheese - Philly cream cheese - jello - nuts
