OBTW- is anyone out there (also) on a calorie counting diet, also watching to keep carbs under 50g/meal, and choosing diabetic-friendly foods?
I just wanted feed back from you — I’ve been working this diet since about September 15, 2017; list about 23-26 pounds, depending on water retention.
But recently, I’ve lost my appetite -sometimes, I eat only because I have medicines that can’t be taken on an empty stomach, and I know I need to eat. Mix of low glycemic index foods, frequently, to keep my blood sugar stable.
But I am losing my appetite. Scares me a bit; I’ve always over eaten, and never felt as if I was full, or satisfied woth
