Yes, I lost a pound but it was muscle and water. GRRRR, I do it to myself by not increasing protein before and after my workout. Before a workout I don't have time, after the workout I am too tired to eat. I think I am going to have two boiled eggs on hand that I can eat prior to my workout and at the very least have a protein shake after a workout. It MUST be done!!
I am disappointed in myself, but I can make changes therefore; I won't beat myself up. Have a great weekend FS friends. I am not complaining too much because this is the lowest I have been in 15 years. I am also out of ketosis AGAIN!! Good grief!

I like to eat before the workout, so that I can burn off the calories I just ate (not directly, obviously). Nothing worse that eating a big meal and then lying down to go to sleep. Have that meal early and then go do your workout.

You have a loss and that's not a bad thing. Working out and eating can be a balancing act. I doubt that missing a meal or two causes instant muscle loss. Over the long term I have had some muscle loss because I wasn't consistently exercising to retain muscle and not consuming enough protein. Eating well before a workout provides fuel to power through a workout. Eating afterwards promotes rebuilding. I find that a protein shake after a late evening workout helps without going to bed on a full stomach...
