Dulu BB saya 86 Kg walaupun sudah bersepeda seminggu 3 X tetap stuck di angka 85 an Setelah bersepedanya dijalan tanjakan baru deh perlahan2 bisa turun. Jalan 1 th an kini BB 75kg Tapi ingin turun di 70kg kok susah ya, ikut FS baru turun 0.5 kg

Dulu suka futsal juga, lalu berhenti karena menurut literatur yg saya baca, futsal gak baik buat jantung usia 40th lebih
