Hi, first time writing. I’ve been trying to lose weight since July with not much luck. I started the keto way of eating two weeks ago. Anyone else doing it? I’m only three pounds down, but I’m sticking to it.

Yes, there are keto groups here and currently an 8-week keto challenge group - but it may be too late to join. Keto is very effective, cutting carbs is very effective for many as probably most overweight people have issues with insulin resistance.

I’m doing Keto and I love it so far! Just make sure you are keeping your potassium, magnesium, and sodium up when you first start = hopefully no Keto flu :)

I'm not doing Keto, but I am reducing my carbs/sugar. Trying to choose healthy carbs. Keto seems to work great for lots of folks. Three pounds is great! Fat Secret is a great community of people, lots of support and encouragement!
