今天早上量是ㄧ樣,早上還有上班好累,吃生酮ㄧ個月半了,也不知道酮體有沒有長出來,只是有覺得生酮很多好處,我有感覺,身體很有感,只是不敢違規⋯⋯ㄧ違規就睡不好
