Ok got invited to happy hour with a co-worker. I had two rum and diet cokes, two coconut shrimp and 2 oz. braised steak. Not too bad. Kept within calorie range but am still hungry. I am going to abstain from eating anything else since tomorrow is weigh in and I hope to be down at least 3 lbs. I guess I will go to bed early so I don't get tempted and hope for the best in the morning. I'll let you know tomorrow what my weigh in weight is.
