So I was feeling down about not losing as "fast" as I wanted and being up and down constantly a pound here and there; then I got the brilliant idea to add up my net calroies thus far and I was pleasently surprised! I have lost about a pound more than I "should have" if I count my net calories. THEREFORE I am going to stop obsessing over the scale and keep doing what I am doing. The scale is going to fluctuate but I am losing at the pace I am supposed to based on what I am eating. Just let the body balance itself as it sees fit Mel!

You are doing great!! I am the same way, ate right, added a little exercise, drank my water and a week later I am still fat. Somehow I expect to wake up and it will all be gone. I am not a stupid person and I know it will take time, but I still get emotionally frustrated with how "slow" it is going. Thanks for posting as it helps me realize that others are experiencing the same thing and together we will do this. Have a great week... George
