msh mending naek cm 0.4 kg mbak.aq td pagi nimbang naek sampe 1.2 kg.kaget juga apa mikir gara2 mkn enaaaak kmrn ternyata red day ne siang pantasan perut kok buncit bgt..sm bb naek byk bgt..

@dhea789 🙈 mungkin krn hampir 2minggu tiap maksi aku bnr2 eatclean kali ka makanya gak nglonjak jauh. bulan sblm nya juga mayan ko naik nya. tapi gak usah kaget apalagi galau ka nanti after reddays pun bb kembali normal 🤗 gpp anggap aja badan butuh melar dikit tiap bulan 🙈 yg penting akan balik lagi 🤗
