I did it! I ran the Canyonlands Half Marathon. My goal was to finish the 13.1 miles in under 3 hrs. Success!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
