Okay, just discovered how to enter historical weight entries so I updated that. Two problems: 1. I referred to my Atkins chart and converting back from pounds to kilograms was complicated.. so some entries might differ from historical accuracy by 0.25-ish to 0.5ish..(and yes, I do apologise about the compulsiveness.) 2. It has 2 entries for March 26 (my erstwhile Starting Date.. the only difference between the 2 is that my performance in one is Not Applicable (as was the case when it was my start date) and in the other it's 100% (as is true :P).
I also haven't exercised in 3 days, which isn't so great.. and I didn't get to weigh in on March 27th.
Oh, the main reason I was so relieved to find that I can change dates/add earlier ones was because I weighed myself as soon as I got home around noon and I was 73 kg. That's a drop of about 1.5 kg in 2 days! Was totally kicked about that.. until I re-weighed myself later in the day, and I was back to 74.5. It just felt wrong to continue with the 73 I entered this morning..so good thing I could change it.
Also, I really like the look of those bars at the bottom of my weight loss history page, which fill up with colour. Totally cool and encouraging. On the other hand, the "-" in the weight lost column for some days is not so much.
