Today is my first day of sugar boot camp. No sugar of ANY kind, nothing sweet, no baked goods, no starches of ANY kind. well. certain fruits I can have. No alcohol at all, don't drink anyways. This will last for 10 days. I have eaten pretty good all day, not hungry. I have to do something about my health. Other diets I've tried did not work for me cause my sugar stayed high no matter what. So far today I've watched my numbers come down! Haven't seen that in a long time. it's not about weight loss for me anymore...its about coming off all these meds, getting right, eating healthy.
