Weight loss this week has been slooooowwww despite staying pretty close to eating targets. Hopefully I can carve out some kind of loss for the week tomorrow morning. I think there's been a birthday celebration for someone every day this week; I've been strong and have avoided eating cake...today's offering is red velvet with cream cheese icing so I'm steering clear of the break room!
Tonight I'll be attending a meeting with a pot-luck type meal. I roasted a pork shoulder yesterday and will bring it, just stick to eating that and a few raw veggies and I'll be ok.
