Thursday the 8th and I'm starting to turn a corner (or put it this way, I'm feeling a little bit more motivated). Finally managed to do some exercise today even if it was only 45minutes, at least it's a start right?

Trying not to weight myself everyday as it seems to just fuel my depression. But I feel like with support I will manage to move forward. Trying to keep looking at the positives (as people on here try to remind me they are there if you look hard enough).

Dang gone girl friend 45 mins...way ahead of me...I'm sooo jealous jj...its definitely a great beginning ...Winter months can cause me to have the feeling of a darker side...Yep not trying to boss your pants around but if it causes a reaction like feeling depress stay off that scale..please ..its not such a good idea imo...I love your new attitude and I want to see more of this lovely person you got to get the bull by the horns girl ...ok my dear friend..hugs to you I'm proud of that accomplishments today...:)
