Well this is it... time to do something about the weight, before the weight does something to me!
Need to get down to 12 stone from 13st 7lbs, clothes are a little tight, and my snoring!!! has got worse.. too much fat around the neck!!... So I've signed up for 10k run in the forest of dean in late ish May, used to run a lot when i was younger... now ermmm 50, become very lazy, and as a field service engineer the temptation for cooked breakfasts, the sneaky big Mac.. . or pint or 2 in the evening becomes too much!... but as a family we are all going to eat healthy and get fit ... here goes 😀

(now where did I hide those bottles of cider 🤔🤔🤔)

Good luck!! Stay away from the cider bottles...or you won't be able to count your calories truthfully!!😂

All the best! Cider’s fine as long as you record it truthfully ... and you don’t get the munchies. Better to avoid it though (says she with a small glass next to her ...) 🍺😂😂

Hi.... will definatly be off any alcohol during the week, and try and keep an eye on the cider intake on Saturday night ... ish 🤥
