After a relaxed week, I am back on track! Joining a CrossFit studio and eating clean again. The Third Small Goal is not going to be achieved, since it was to be weighing 65kg until February, 8th, but I am going to work to achieve the Forth Small Goal, that is to be weighting 64kg until the 18th of February! No matter how many times I fall of the wagon, I am going to get back on it again.
