It has been a day. I went to walk twice but never made it. I took my mother to walk this morning but it started raining just as we left the house. So we ran some errands and waited until the rain stopped. Well we get to the park an get started and we make it about 200 steps. Seriously. She says her hip hurts and she can’t go farther. So we turn back and get back to the car. It was .18 miles. Yes - not even a quarter of a mile. So I had to take her home. Then the rain started up again pretty bad. So I decided to go to the gym and walk on the track. It would take 12 trips around the stupid thing to make a mile. Talk about getting dizzy!! So I ended up in the hot tub. Tomorrow more rain 😔. I may have to go sneak into the weight portion of the gym and try a treadmill.
