Actually made it onto my elliptical machine while little man was napping. Was able to lift up the angle of the footplates and guess what? No numb toes today!
I had dislocated my sacroiliac joint 2 years ago. That's when I had to stop running, which I love so dearly. So I was a bit leary of whether I could tolerate the elliptical machine. But fortunately, it hasn't seemed to aggrevate the SI dysfunction, whew! (sigh of relief) It seems I have uncovered a means of exercising without causing any pain, yippee!
