When I got home after my spin class I felt completly drained, in the worst way. I decided to go over my calories today (I ate about 1550kcals) and I am ok with that. I really felt bad but I am drinking and eating and I am done for the night and I am doing power yoga tomorrow after I sleep in. :) all in all, not to bad of a day.
