Having a good day so far. Crunches and push-ups this morning. Lower body workout at the Gym tonight. (I hate lower body work outs) It will be a beautiful 3 day weekend in South Carolina, Taking the Boat out Sat for tubing and sun!!!

Just have to take healthy snacks on the boat though.

Lake sharks???? ;). On a side note, no matter how many times you walk up and down 14 flight of stairs it still hurts....
