Made it on the elliptical again yesterday on 3/25/10. So 2 days in a row and it didn't feel too bad. 2 yr old had a bad night last night and so now I'm exhausted from having been up 3 different times w/ his crying. So needless to say, I didn't wake up early enough today to have time to work out this morning. Feeling a bit frustrated, had a weight gain, despite really watching what I was eating. I suppose I may be gaining some muscle mass (I am a very muscle bound person) or maybe I need to be more diligent about getting exercise in EVERY DAY...
Ah well, there's alway tomorrow. Pep talks would be greatly appreciated for an exhauted, frustrated mother. :)
