Good Morning dear diary. Happy 1st day of February. A great start to the month. My starting weight January 21st was 182.6 and now I'm at 175.8 lbs. I've lost 6.8 lbs. I'm doing a modified Low Carb which works pretty well for me. On Monday (after the super bowl) my husband and I are going to try this New Plan called The Military Diet. I'm wondering, if I change it up a bit, if that might help with my on going weight loss. Well, time for a Morning Mocha. Until next week. I'M THINKING THIN.....Marlene
