After about a month and a half of thinking whether to start this diet or not, I decided to start it today. My hubby, Vancouver Ed, had been on the diet and lost 11 pounds in his first two weeks.
He's cheated a few times and still kept on losing weight. To date, he's lost 14 lbs. To say the least, I'm very impressed!!! He lost his "love handles" in the first week and has kept it off. Probably the most attractive part of this diet is that he was eating what seemed to be like regular food vs. a strict "only eat this or that" or "don't eat this or that".
SO HERE'S SOME CONSTANTS IN MY DIET: - weigh-ins: every morning prior to eating breakfast - fat measurements: every morning prior to eating breakfast based on the info from my weight scale - measurements: since gaining weight, i notice fat storage in my waist, hips and thighs. so i will measure these areas at the beginning of each week.
TODAY I ATE: BREAKFAST - 2 hardboiled eggs minus the yolk (never liked that stuff. could only eat 1 of 4 yolks when i was bodybuilding) - small can of V8
LUNCH - 1 c. of diet jello
DINNER - 3 c. diet jello - chicken salad with balsamic vinegarette
SNACKS -.5 c. nuts
