This is my first day starting my low carb high protein diet/healthier thin me. :) I've eaten a total of 1436 Calories approx and carbs about 25. I'm going to work out after dinner. try and burn 300 calories. I'm pretty proud of myself, even though I ate out at breakfast (Denny's)
