I drank a lot of beer. Yep, look at my profile, I'm not perfect, I haven't drank like this for months. I will bounce back, so ashamed, but I am putting it out there. I'll be on track tomorrow. If you don't want to follow me, OK. But if you want to know me, I'm telling you how it is. Good night

OMG. Your post is what's it. I didn't log on this weekend, mostly because I was drinking wine non-stop. Lol. I started Saturday at 10:00 am and finished Sunday evening. I'm with you, RiverratJ!

If being on a change of lifestyle plan was very easy sweetie everyone would have achieved their goals ..no one would need much assistance, and as myself this wouldnt be a constant struggle to finally get its a lifestyle not a quick fix...you enjoy your beer and you will eventually come up with a plan that will incorporate what you need to be successful and what you consider as an enjoyment. It will work for you imo because we begin this journey with a number one rule... just being honest with yourself..you are doing that. Dont be ashamed for you have been taking positive steps towards your desire to feel better you will do better as your days progress or you will just need to rethink your plan for it to work..Have a great day sweetie;)

I tried Michelob ULTRA Light Beer. It taste like water, no wonder I drank so much!

Brutal and unmerciful honesty is the only way this site works. Those who eat a whole pizza and then enter it, as horrible as it is when you do it, are the ones who will succeed in their goals, compared to the “I’m only eating a thousand calories and I can’t lose weight” crowd...

Well said Rob...also a huge pet peeve of mine is the ghost writers here...they make a comment on what they believe about what someone is doing wrong on a post and then their stats what plan they are onn etc are not visible....what?? stand up and be accountable in all forms.. ..put your big person panties on and be real :)

Ahhh beer!! Good for you for moving forward. There has to be a balance. I personally have not found it yet, but I have hope that there is one. Keep on truckin my friend.

Honesty is most appreciated here! It's just like when I binge eat...I post it and it helps myself and others. Everyone has some bad habits or we wouldn't be here! Just a few beers, no biggie. Pull yourself up and recommit!

I feel ya. I am not much of a wine drinker but I can chug a beer and a few shots of tequila but that is for my own journal/confessional 😊. Do you like dark beer? I’ve found that I drink much less when I drink a porter or stout (preferably mixed with apple cider - can you say snakebite??). I know I get more calories at a time but the heaviness of the drink helps me drink less overall. That ultra stuff or light beer in general is like drinking bath water or something to me. If you Are keto or low carb like me, just stick with the liquor and diet soda and you have nothing to worry about. At least not woe wise
