Sunday February 28, 2018 Good Morning Dear Diary. What a great start to my weight loss journey. My current wt. of 176.4 lbs means I've now taken off 5.8 lbs. Now the real work begins. This week I plan on getting more exercise in. With ALL the rain we've been having, I'll ride my exercycle and climb my stairs. That will work. We'll it's time to get my day started. Until next week.
