Adkins Induction Diet - I'm going for it. Under 20 grams of carbs a day. Going to the store and setting myself up. I have to, have to lose the fat. 20 years ago I did this and in 2 1/2 months lost 40 pounds, and I looked great. I am so over this cottage cheese body. I'M DOING THIS! Please support me.

I find the Focus T25 amazingly easy to do! Just start it... it is only 25 minutes!
