Well, got off my butt and got myself on my exercise bike for 30 minutes! I downloaded some "exercise" songs on my ipod from Itunes and it really made a difference in working out. Looking forward to getting on it again tomorrow morning. Also thinking about going back on itunes and download a few more continuous music so I don't get bored. I think this is going to work! I get alittle bored in exercising so need a little motivation buster.
