I need to figure out how to get my workouts done. I'm having a terrible time in the mornings, just being so tired and either sleeping through my alarm or just shutting it off and going back to sleep. We've had things going on after I get off work, or I have been getting off later, so that makes it difficult to get a workout done then too. I really like the morning workouts because it's done for the day and anything else I do is extra, I just need to figure out how to get out of bed. I think it's worse in the winter too.

My plan for next week is to try to prep more ahead for the next day, so then I can maybe wake up a little later and it won't seem so daunting. In the mornings I usually get up before 6 to get in the shower, then my hubby is up at around 6:30 and in the shower, so I have to figure out if I could maybe shower after my hubby. One issue is that I have long hair that takes forever to dry, and can't air dry because it has to look presentable for work. :) Well, that's what I'm going to try and we'll see how it goes. Maybe sleeping in just a little will make me feel better about getting up.

Thanks Glen! I always set my alarm a bit early, so I think if I set it on time, maybe that will be a little more sleep and just seeing the later time will help. It's a mental game. :)
