Had a lovely day yesterday.. an excolleague who is a really good friend came to see me...
Had a good catchup and lots of belly laughs, as I hadn’t seen her since September 😁😁😁
Unfortunately, we used to be lunch buddies and she brought me a jacket potato with tuna mayo
I really enjoyed it☺️☺️ I passed on the cake and got her to take it home for her son, as I said I couldn’t eat cake due to my blood sugar level (true)
However, my weight gain this morning wasn’t as bad as I’d expected and I’ve already fasted for 16hrs.. Beef stew is bubbling in the slow cooker and I did a grocer shop last nite , with meals and snacks planned and ready 😁😁
Currently watching diet secrets on catchup.. this episode is on carbs and it’s really interesting
