This made me smile.. it is how my day used to be when I ate lots of unrefined, processed carbs.. currently 19hrs fasting and lost 6lbs in the last week due to low carbs/ IF
It works for me 😁
( now I know that, I just have to stick to it 😉)

That picture shows how I've been for the last three days - which is why my weight has stayed unchanged. My tum has been aching too. Will have to cut down on the fat more as I was supposed to after my op. Just a bit bored I think 🙂. Glad the fasting and low carbs work for you 😊

LOL yep. Some dats are like that! Especially when you are trying to pre-plan your meals so you don’t just down junk and turn into a monster eating everything in sight! 👾
