I knew that the 28-day diet was getting serious when the provitas were dropped from 6 with cheese to 4 with cheese.
Last night I drove to KFC and got the four members of my family some takeaways. I was set on having the veggies my menu said I was to have. When I shared (with my husband) how proud I was of my self, he admitted to feeling a little sorry for me.
I don't. I am doing this for myself. Because I am worth it. And look: today is official weigh day and I am lighter!

congratulations for sticking with your plan! it is not easy when rest of family is watinf i.e take aways BUT the result is worth so much more! you can do this. if the cravings get bad: allow yourself a little something, just to break the cravings and thereafter you continue with your normal plan

Thanks guys. @jic.s: I designated myself a cheat...1 x original spearmint-flavoured Chappie. Haven't had to use it in about two days. Great advice. Thanks for the support.
