Really starting back on the Keto life now that I've gotten rid of all the Holiday leftovers. It's MUCH easier to eat healthy during days at Navy Fed, because I'm far too broke to buy cafeteria food, so I resort to bringing my lunch everyday. Mostly salads with lots of Buttermilk ranch and some kind of protein. I still work nights as a server, but I'm usually still full from my 4:00 dinner in the hour between jobs, so I don't want to snack at the restaurant. Having a hard time keeping my fats as high as they need to be, though. My energy levels are great. I have to be at Navy Fed by 6:45am, so I'm getting up every day around 5:45am, and on days I work both jobs I still have enough energy to stay up for an hour after I get home from the restaurant (at around 10pm) to finish up chores before I go back to bed.
