Lately I haven't really cared what I weigh in at. It's really liberating, as I used to be obsessed with the scale. I would weigh myself twice a day every day and I went a little crazy for a while... and then I came to this conclusion that the scale is BS.
Now I'm measuring myself. I carry the bulk of my fat in my stomach... My measurements are 39-32-39. I'm hoping to get those numbers down proportionally, without stepping on a scale. I feel much better about my body when i'm less concerned with the scale, I feel great right now.
