I had pizza for breakfast, Yummy!


Okay, yes I had pizza for breakfast. I had ATKINS Stone Fired Pizza. 380 calories, 23g of protein, 2g sugar and 11g Net Carbs.

I wanted Pizza and I found the best solution for myself to satisfy that craving. I am full. I should be good until Lunch at 12:30. In the mean time I have drank 32oz of water my goal is to finish another 32oz of water. I have a large cucumber everyday follow by a nightly chai tea, I like that routine. Oh for lunch I am going to have one cup of homemade vegan chill with a sprinkle Vermont sharp cheddar cheese.

Let me vent a bit here. I am doing cross fit and walking 1 mile a day. I try to speed walk to get my time under 18 minutes. I have so far keep up with this. My lovely husband who is naturally thin and fit looking agreed to do a mile everyday with me. Yesterday he chicken out and decided to Tuesday would be his break day. His excuse is his legs were sore.

Okay my husband doesn't have ounce of fat on him. He is built like a geek god statue with a much larger leaf ( if you know what mean). I was always told that when a man gets pass 30, that worm that makes them skinny dies, that is a lie! My husband has kept his amazing body no matter his age or diet since I have known him, 16 plus years to be exact. Did my legs hurt from working out yesterday of course, did they feel like hell this morning of course. I managed to do my mile walk yesterday and today.

My secret motivation is to surprise my husband at the sight of me being in much better shape and health them himself, lol. Love him so much but goodness;)
