Today is the ninth of January and I feel good, not to hungry. Impatient and as usual I want results now! My weight loss is do too no more goodies in the house. (Thank Heavens)
I bought all new food Sunday and I'm using the recipes provided.

They say that slower weight loss is the kind that stays with you longer & that rapid weight loss means rapid gain back. I keep telling myself this when the scale either stalls at a number or only moves a tiny bit down!! You are doing great!!

The thing that helps me is trying to stay off the scale!! Instead pay attention to how your clothes feel on you. I have jeans that fit great now and were too tight a week ago! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK IT WILL HAPPEN
