I decided to try this new sparkling drink I saw in CVS. It's called Arya Curcumin-Infused Sparkling Water and it's the lemon flavor. It's actually quite refreshing, zero calories, no sugar and it has about 10mg of curcumin. I was going to add it as a snack, even though it's zero everything I try to log anything I eat or drink. So I did the bar scan and, super funny, the Fat Secret app reads the bar code as Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar! Well I sure as heck am not add that to my food diary!
