Kitchen sink is blocked so couldn't cook yesterday. Had quite a bit of ham, much more than I usually do, feeling so bloated, and face is puffy. What a difference a day makes.
Well I'm traveling to Phoenix today and usually fast when I travel. Maybe I'll find a nice restaurant tonight and have good dinner after a 24 hr fast.
