Well I am going to be extra careful for the rest of the week with my food choices. I want a good weight in on Monday, I am feeling hopeful.

I did very well today, I'm going to give that 0 calorie flavored water a try. I have trouble drinking plain water I know that sound petty. I really want to drink more water I know it is important.
