This will be day 92 of p90x. I finished the first round without skipping 1 day. Even the stretching days. This time I'm going to also keep track of my food better. I can't really commit to the 50 percent protien diet. But I am going to keep my protien intake up and my carbs and fat down.

I lost a few inches at the wast and chest along with 13 pounds by the scale. But I know lost more body fat than 1r pounds just by the muscle I can feel. I more than satisfied with my results of the first 90 days so here to the next 90!
