Joined first challenge!! Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day now. Hope I can fit it in. Brand new here, only ate about 1300 calories today! yay, and that's even with a milkshake. Getting some great recipes on here, family loves too.

You can do it. Just think of how fast 30 flies by when you are having fun. Its no time at all. And when you are done you'll be ready for more.
